Birchstone products are created, poured, and packaged with a deep love for people and planet. We snuggle your products in beautiful, 100% recycled (and reusable!) crepe wadding, recyclable kraft paper, and recyclable tissue paper.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order. Our office is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Packages are typically shipped on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Shipping is $7 for orders under $100
Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping
Packages are shipped via USPS, but please inquire if you need it shipped through another carrier.

We are only able to ship within the USA at this time.

Local Pick-Up

Returns

In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to love your Birchstone experience! Please reach out to us here with additional questions or concerns so we can make sure that happens!
