Vibrancy

We formulate without the use of synthetic preservatives and therefore recommend using products within one year from opening. Birchstone’s skincare offerings draw upon the vibrancy of fresh ingredients. They are intended to be opened shortly after purchase and used often- just as one would nourish the body with fresh foods. 

Variation

Because we work with fresh and natural ingredients, some slight variation in color, texture, and aroma is to be expected even when ratios remain the same. Many of our products evolve and improve with every batch. This will always be noted in the product description and ingredients list.

Storage

Store your products in a cool, dark, dry place that’s out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary but you may enjoy sticking a hydrosol in the fridge for some cooling after-sun skincare!
